Refund & Returns Policy – The Zelder

We want you to love what you purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when shopping with us.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✔ The product is damaged, misprinted, or defective
✔ You received the wrong size, design, or item
✔ The product is unused and in original condition with tags attached

⚠ Items not eligible for return include:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without tags or packaging

  • Customized or limited-edition products

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number

  • Product Photos

  • Reason for Return

3. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, The Zelder will cover return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning due to size, preference, or personal reasons, you may be responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the same payment method used during purchase.

⚠ Delivery fees, COD charges (if applicable), and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange an item for size or design (subject to availability):

  • Replacement will be shipped once the original item is returned and approved

  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a refund

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Order Claims

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product

  • Packaging images

  • Order details

We will prioritize replacement or refund based on availability.

8. No Return Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

🚫 Innerwear or body-contact apparel (if applicable)
🚫 Gift cards or promotional coupons
🚫 Free giveaway items

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
