Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, The Zelder will cover return shipping costs.
If you are returning due to size, preference, or personal reasons, you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the same payment method used during purchase.
⚠ Delivery fees, COD charges (if applicable), and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you want to exchange an item for size or design (subject to availability):
Replacement will be shipped once the original item is returned and approved
If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a refund
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
